Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to meet budget targets.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Support marketing initiatives and contribute to strategies for increasing sales.
Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service best practices.
