Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our fine dining restaurant specializing in Asian (Korean, Vietnamese) and Brazilian cuisines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end dining service, staff leadership, guest relations, and operational excellence. A deep understanding of these culinary cultures and the ability to uphold a luxury dining standard is essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and ambiance.

Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless and professional guest service.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure the menu reflects authenticity and consistency in Korean, Vietnamese, and Brazilian cuisines.

Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally and efficiently.

Monitor and manage reservations, seating arrangements, and VIP guest handling.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Implement and maintain service protocols and fine dining etiquette.

Conduct regular staff training and briefings on service standards, menu knowledge, and cultural understanding.

Control costs through effective inventory, labor management, and operational planning.

Prepare and analyze financial reports including revenue, cost control, and profitability.

Coordinate with marketing for promotions, events, and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:



Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.

Proven experience working with or managing outlets that serve Asian (Korean & Vietnamese) and Brazilian cuisines.

Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, wine pairing, and menu presentation.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

Proficient in POS systems, reservations platforms, and basic administrative tools.

Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field preferred.

Language Requirements:



Fluent in English; knowledge of Korean, Portuguese, or Vietnamese is a plus.

Presentable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Culturally sensitive and passionate about food and service.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
