Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
2. Customer Service:
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
  • Train staff to deliver exceptional service and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Build relationships with regular customers and gather feedback for improvements.
3. Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching/disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment and motivate team members.
4. Financial Management:
  • Monitor budgets, labor costs, and expenses to meet financial targets.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Handle cash management, including deposits and daily sales reconciliation.
