Job Description

As a manager of Food and Beverages, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage department. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for creating a positive and efficient work environment while upholding health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department. Train, manage, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and cleanliness. Create staff schedules and assign duties effectively. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for business growth.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

10. Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Excellent communication skills with both customers and staff members Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to customers. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
