RESTAURANT MANAGER - ABU DHABI
We are working with a well-established international high-end, fine dining restaurant brand that are looking to strengthen their team by adding a Restaurant Manager on a permanent basis. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient services, customer satisfaction, and financial success. The Restaurant Manager will also oversee the floor managment of the restaurant. We are looking for someone with high energy and great personality.
Duties not limited to:

• Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring efficient service flow, and resolving any operational issues
• Overseeing budgets, tracking sales and expenses, managing inventory, and ensuring profitability.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, handling complaints, and implementing strategies to improve customer experience.
• Maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and adhering to licensing requirements.
• Inventory management
• Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff.
• Assisting with marketing efforts, such as promotional events and special offers, and contributing to menu development.
• Facilitating communication between owners, management, staff, and customers.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-3 years of experience with high-end, fine dining restaurant management or equivalent
• GCC experience essential
• Knowledge of Food safety standards of Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA)
• Understanding financial principles and managing budgets effectively.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Salary package: AED11000 - 13000 + benefits
