Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, cleanliness, and team coordination.
2. Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service and performance standards.
3. Customer Experience
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by resolving issues, managing service quality, and collecting feedback.
4. Financial Control
Monitor sales, control costs, and manage budgets to meet profitability targets.
5. Compliance & Standards
Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are consistently followed across all operations.
