We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of food, service, health and safety, and drive business performance. The Restaurant Manager will lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties.
Supervise and support staff, ensuring top-quality service at all times.
Recruit, train, and evaluate employees to maintain a high-performing team.
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies.
Manage budgets, forecast sales, and control costs to maximize profitability.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Prepare operational reports and financial statements as required by management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
