- Executes design strategy for restaurants
- Manages the architectural design process
- Manages the production of construction documents by internal designers and external consultants
- Current knowledge of industry trends in restaurant & retail store design
- Current working knowledge of local UAE Building and Health codes
- Possess ACAD/Sketchup/3D ability
- Ability to execute multiple stores designs under tight time deadlines
