Resin Stone UAE is looking for

experienced Resin Bound Surface Layers

to join our growing installation team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in decorative paving systems or related trades such as plastering, tiling, concrete finishing, or road construction.
You will be responsible for preparing, mixing, laying, and finishing resin-bound surfaces for residential, commercial, and public projects across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

Prepare sub-base layers (concrete, asphalt, or permeable build-ups). Operate

forced action mixers

and

paddle mixers

to blend aggregates with resin binders. Apply and finish resin-bound surfaces using trowels and other hand tools. Accurately measure and handle multi-component chemical systems (Part A & Part B). Ensure high-quality surface finish, level, and consistency. Follow curing, weather, and site safety requirements. Work collaboratively with team leaders and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in resin-bound surfacing, plastering, tiling, concrete, or similar trades. Skilled in handling

chemical combinations and mix ratios

. Experience with

resin mixers, screeds, and troweling tools

. Good communication and understanding of

English

(Arabic is desired). Physically fit and able to work outdoors in different weather conditions. UAE driving license preferred but not required.
