. We're looking for an experienced
Foreman
to oversee site teams and ensure our handcrafted applications meet the highest standards of precision and excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and coordinate applicator teams.
Ensure proper material handling, surface preparation, and application procedures.
Maintain workflow according to project timelines and design specifications.
Communicate with Site Engineers and Project Managers to report progress and challenges.
Enforce health and safety protocols and ensure PPE compliance on site.
Maintain site cleanliness, discipline, and quality of craftsmanship.
What You Bring:
5+ years' experience in a similar foreman or team leader role.
Strong knowledge of finishing works, especially microcement or decorative plaster.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to lead by example.
Strong communication skills; able to manage multicultural teams.
Based in UAE.
