Assist in conducting property inspections under the guidance of senior property inspectors.
Inspect residential or commercial properties to assess their condition, safety, and compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
Help identify and document defects, hazards, or violations found during inspections.
Learn and understand inspection protocols, techniques, and applicable regulations.
Assist in evaluating the overall maintenance and functionality of the property, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and structural integrity.
2. Documentation and Reporting:
Document inspection findings accurately and comprehensively.
Take photographs or create sketches to illustrate inspection findings, as necessary.
Prepare reports outlining inspection findings and recommendations for repairs or improvements.
Maintain organized and accurate records of inspections and related documentation.
3. Compliance and Regulation:
Learn and stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations related to property standards and safety.
Collaborate with senior inspectors to provide property owners and stakeholders with recommendations for corrective actions to achieve compliance.
4. Customer Service and Communication:
Interact professionally and courteously with property owners, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders during inspections.
Support senior inspectors in communicating inspection findings, compliance requirements, and recommendations to property owners and stakeholders.
5. Learning and Development:
Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in property inspection techniques, regulations, and industry best practices.
Seek guidance from senior inspectors to develop expertise in the field of property inspection.
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the property inspection field.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Some prior experience in property inspection or a related field is desirable.
Basic understanding of building codes, regulations, and property standards is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to observe and document property conditions accurately.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various properties for inspections.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
