Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Property Inspector at Snag Property Inspection Services located in Dubai. As a Junior Property Inspector, you will be responsible for performing property inspections, documenting findings, and providing reports to clients. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients and answering any questions they may have regarding the inspection process. Additionally, you will ensure all inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a working knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. A diligent and detail-oriented individual who has an eye for potential problems. Organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Basic computer skills. A valid driver's license Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required. An ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including property owners and other stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
