We at HALO are urgently hiring PROPERTY INSPECTORS:

Job Summary:-

We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Property Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating properties, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with local and state regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with property owners and management.

Key Responsibilities:-

Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess condition and identify any issues.- Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and recommendations for repairs or improvements.- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.- Communicate inspection results to property owners and provide guidance on necessary actions.- Keep up to date with industry standards, building codes, and best practices.- Maintain accurate records of inspections and follow-up actions.

Qualifications:-

ENGINEER or equivalent; additional certification in property inspection is a plus.- Previous experience in property inspection, construction, or a related field.- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Proficient in using inspection tools and software.

Preferred Skills:-

Certification from a recognized inspection organization.- Familiarity with real estate processes and property management.- Basic knowledge of construction and maintenance practices. ?

DRIVING LICENSE is an added advantage.
