Senior Resale Property Advisor

to help lead our growing secondary market division.

Your Role at PSI

As a Senior Resale Advisor, you will play a key role in expanding our resale property portfolio. You'll be the trusted expert guiding property owners and investors through every step of the resale journey.

What You'll Do:

Manage property listings from onboarding to sale -- ensuring accuracy, visibility, and performance. Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment potential. Serve as the main point of contact for sellers, providing updates and market insights. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the listing and sales process. Use CRM systems to manage portfolios and drive efficiency. Support junior agents with listing strategies and presentation materials.

What We're Looking For:

1-2+ years

of experience in

resale sales or listings

within the UAE real estate market. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Fluent in

English

;

Arabic

is a strong plus. Experience using

real estate CRM platforms

(e.g., Property Finder, Bayut). Bachelor's degree in

Real Estate, Business, or a related field

. Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office tools. Motivated, independent, and client-focused mindset.
