As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for guiding sellers through the process of marketing and selling their homes from initial consultation through closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and secure new listing clients through networking, marketing, and lead follow-up
Conduct listing presentations and provide market analysis to potential sellers
Advise clients on home staging, pricing strategies, and market conditions
Coordinate professional photography, staging, and marketing materials for listings
List properties on the MLS and other real estate platforms
Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of the seller
Manage all aspects of the transaction process from listing to closing
Maintain relationships with clients and follow up for potential referrals and repeat business
Stay up-to-date on local market trends, laws, and regulations
Qualifications:
Experience as a real estate agent, preferably in listing homes
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Knowledge of local real estate market and MLS systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
