Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and follow up with potential seller leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Guide clients through the listing process from consultation to closing.
Coordinate professional photography, staging, and marketing materials.
Host open houses and private showings.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of the seller.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a smooth transaction and high satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a listing agent or similar role in residential real estate.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and MLS systems.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
Familiarity with CRM software and online marketing tools.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
