Responsibilities
:
Secure property listings for sale or lease, including residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.
Assess property values through market analysis and comparative research.
Develop customized marketing strategies to promote listed properties.
Maintain updated property records and documentation.
Stay informed about market trends, competition, and new developments in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Qualifications
:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Listing Agent or in a similar role. (1-2 Years Required)
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and property laws.
Proficiency in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).
Ability to manage multiple listings and prioritize tasks effectively.
