Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking ambitious and results-driven

Residential & Commercial Sales Agents

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales skills and a passion for real estate. You will be responsible for managing property transactions across both residential and commercial sectors, providing expert advice, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties Provide professional advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking and referrals Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets
Qualifications

Previous experience in real estate sales (residential and/or commercial) preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market is an advantage Valid UAE driving license and access to a car preferred Ability to work independently and within a team environment Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
