Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Residential & Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial property sales, a deep understanding of the local market, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to potential buyers and investors Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns Negotiate offers and close transactions in line with company standards Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal regulations Prepare and review contracts and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential and/or commercial) Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms RERA certification or willingness to obtain it Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
