Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential & Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This dual-focus role is ideal for professionals with experience in both residential and commercial property transactions. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio, advising clients, and closing deals across multiple property segments.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on listings Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on goals and budget Negotiate offers and finalize sales agreements with professionalism and efficiency Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and new developments Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with exposure to both residential and commercial sectors Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple client types Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
