The Reservation Supervisor oversees daily reservation operations, ensuring high conversion rates, accurate bookings, optimal occupancy, and excellent guest service. This role involves team supervision, system management, rate control, and coordination with operations, sales, and housekeeping teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the reservations team to achieve booking and revenue targets
Handle and monitor reservations across OTAs, direct channels, and corporate accounts
Ensure accurate rate loading, availability, and inventory management
Manage cancellations, modifications, overbookings, and special requests
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, ADR, occupancy, and response time
Resolve escalated guest issues professionally and efficiently
Coordinate closely with housekeeping, operations, and front office teams
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports
Train, coach, and evaluate reservation agents
Ensure SOP compliance and quality standards are maintained
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in reservations within
holiday homes.
Previous experience in a
supervisory or senior reservations role
Strong knowledge of OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda, etc.)
Experience with PMS / Channel Managers (e.g., Opera, RMS, Guesty, Hostaway, Cloudbeds)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and high-demand periods
Preferred Skills
Revenue management knowledge
Team coaching and performance monitoring
UAE hospitality experience
Multilingual (Arabic is a plus)
