Reservation Officer
Job Description
Provide exceptional traveler care and customer service to clients.
Fluency in English
At least two years of work experience in travel and tourism.
Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip, from booking the tickets to reserving the hotels to creating the itinerary.
Experience with ticketing, exchanges for complex multi-segment international and domestic fares, and PNRs
Proven work experience in the sales department in a travel agency.
Candidates should possess decisive and successful Sales skills, problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have effective verbal communication skills.
Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
