Tasks

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting Tagalog-speaking clients with travel reservations, inquiries, and itinerary adjustments, ensuring that all their travel needs are met with precision and care.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure bookings, ensuring that all arrangements are confirmed and that clients experience seamless travel experiences from start to finish.
• Utilize advanced reservation systems and software to manage and update client profiles meticulously, ensuring that all data is accurate, confidential, and up-to-date to enhance service delivery.
• Resolve complex travel issues and complaints efficiently, employing problem-solving skills to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty and trust.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative strategies for enhancing service offerings and improving operational efficiency, aiming for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Tagalog and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proven experience in travel reservations, ideally within a senior or supervisory capacity, demonstrating ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, tour packages, and reservation systems, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle complex inquiries and provide solutions efficiently, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using travel reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite, enabling seamless integration into existing workflows.
