What You'll Do
Receive and process hotel reservations via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accuracy in guest details and special requests.
Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about hotel services and amenities, and resolve concerns promptly.
Promote additional services, upgrades, and packages to maximize revenue opportunities.
Maintain clear communication with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth check-ins and guest satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows, and prepare relevant reports for management.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally to enhance overall guest experience.
Stay updated on current promotions, packages, and policies to effectively assist guests.
Ideal Profile
Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar customer service role is preferred.
Proficiency with Opera system is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence.
Hospitality-related education or training is beneficial.
