Role Summary
The Reservations Agent - Accor Dubai will serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling room reservations with efficiency and professionalism. This role ensures accurate booking, maximizes revenue through effective up-selling, and provides personalized service to create a seamless guest experience from the very beginning.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries and booking requests
• Enter rooming lists and maintain accurate records in the system
• Maximize revenue through up-selling and recommending property services
• Provide guests with detailed information on facilities, amenities, and promotions
• Handle special requests and ensure preferences are recorded accurately
• Collaborate with front office and other departments for smooth guest arrivals
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates, and promotions

Ideal Profile

• Guest-focused personality with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience as a Reservations Agent or similar role is an advantage
• Familiarity with Opera or related reservation systems preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
