Job Description

Project Overview This research project explores the role of parental involvement in early childhood education, aiming to understand how different types and levels of involvement influence children's developmental outcomes, school readiness, and educational trajectories. The study may include surveys, interviews, classroom observations, analysis of existing data sets, and/or manuscript writing. Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in developing research instruments (e.g., surveys, interview guides) 2. Recruit and communicate with study participants (e.g., parents, educators) 3. Conduct or support qualitative and quantitative data collection 4. Transcribe, code, and analyze interview and focus group data 5. Enter, clean, and manage datasets (e.g., using Excel, SPSS, Stata, or R) 6. Conduct literature reviews and summarize relevant research findings 7. Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and academic manuscripts, 8.Perform other administrative or research-related tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualification
Required Qualifications 1.Basic understanding of early childhood education and/or family studies 2. Strong organizational and communication skills 3. Experience with data entry and literature reviews 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research team 5. Attention to detail and commitment to ethical research practices
