to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have
at least 6 months of hands-on experience in listing and selling residential properties
, with a strong focus on the
secondary (resale) market
. This role is commission-based and suited for agents who are confident in generating listings, managing client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Source, list, and market residential properties in the secondary market
Manage property listings across portals and internal CRM systems
Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and transaction processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
Coordinate with conveyancers, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth closings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and market trends
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate, with proven experience in listing and selling properties
Experience in the
Dubai secondary (resale) market
is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with Dubai property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license preferred
