Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide insightful recommendations based on client requirements.
Stay up to date with real estate market trends, prices, legal regulations, and mortgage options.
Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate terms of sale or lease.
Guide clients through the property transaction process from start to finish.
Build and maintain a strong client network through referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives.
Maintain property listings, update CRM systems, and follow up on leads.
Collaborate with legal advisors, mortgage lenders, and other real estate professionals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, Agent, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of property management and real estate laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
