Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on multi-brand vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards, with a focus on "Fix it Right First Time" (FRFT).
Utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and service manuals to perform tasks accurately.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety and operational protocols.
Complete all relevant documentation, including inspection and job check sheets, accurately and promptly.
Proactively identify potential issues and recommend additional repairs or services as needed.
High School Certificate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an automotive workshop, or
Industrial Training Certification in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience, or
Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Proficiency in reading schematics, service manuals, and technical documentation.
