Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled

Auto Workshop Supervisor

to oversee daily operations at our multi-brand auto repair facility. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in both

mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs

, particularly for

European and American vehicles

, along with strong leadership skills to manage technicians and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the workshop and staff. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues in

European, American, and multi-brand vehicles

. Provide technical guidance to technicians and ensure all repairs meet quality standards. Manage job cards, ensure proper documentation, and monitor workflow. Liaise with parts suppliers and ensure timely availability of required parts. Communicate with customers regarding repair status, quotations, and recommendations. Monitor tool and equipment usage and ensure workshop cleanliness and safety. Train and evaluate workshop staff; ensure continuous improvement in skills and performance. Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and professional service delivery. Assist in cost control and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in a similar supervisory role within

Musaffah, Abu Dhabi

. Proven technical background in

mechanical and electrical systems

for

European (e.g., BMW, Mercedes, Audi)

and

American (e.g., GMC, Dodge, Ford)

vehicles. Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of vehicles.
