Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard new properties into our holiday home portfolio. You will work on qualified leads provided by the company, as well as proactively identify new opportunities. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a deep understanding of property owners' pain points and how our services offer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to property owners and investors to introduce our holiday home management services

Manage incoming leads provided by the company and convert them into signed onboarding agreements

Conduct property assessments and evaluations to ensure alignment with our brand standards

Prepare and present proposals, service plans, and ROI projections to potential clients

Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents for future business opportunities

Coordinate with operations and listings teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Keep accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system

Provide feedback to the marketing and management teams based on market insights and client interactions

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, real estate, property management, or hospitality (preferred)

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals efficiently

Familiarity with property rental markets and investor mindset

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach

Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Valid UAE driving license (if applicable)
