Business Development Executive - Cleaning Services
We are looking for a
proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive
with proven experience in selling professional cleaning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in promoting specialized services such aswater tank cleaning, AC duct cleaning, kitchen & chimney cleaning, jetting line services,
and more.This role requires someone who can
generate new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets
in a highly competitive market.Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire potential clients across
residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
. Promote and sell specialized cleaning services (water tank, AC duct, kitchen & chimney, jetting line, etc.). Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to driverepeat business and referrals
. Prepare, customize, and present tailored service proposals. Consistently achievemonthly and quarterly business targets
. Maintain and update a client/prospect database with timely follow-ups. Collaborate with operations teams to ensureservice delivery excellence
and customer satisfaction.Requirements
Demonstrated experience in
business development or sales within cleaning services or related industries
. Strong knowledge of specialized cleaning solutions (water tank, AC duct, kitchen & chimney, jetting line). Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills
. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.UAE driving license
