Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated
Rental Agent Supervisor
to oversee our rental operations team. You will ensure smooth rental and leasing processes, manage staff performance, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide rental agents in day-to-day operations.
Monitor rental and leasing contracts, vehicle allocation, and documentation accuracy.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
Train, mentor, and evaluate rental agents to ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and finance teams for smooth workflow.
Support management in reporting, planning, and achieving business targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in vehicle rental or leasing operations; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office and rental management systems.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
