Job Description

We are looking for a car rental agent with a minimum of 1 year experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers, address their inquiries and provide information about available rental options.

Reply to customer phone calls and messages immediately.

Assist customers with selecting appropriate vehicles based on availability, customer needs, preferences, and budget.

Complete rental agreements accurately and efficiently, verifying customer information, driver's licenses, and payment details. All details should be entered on .

Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals, documenting any existing damages.

Ensure that all vehicles are properly serviced and maintained, keep up with the service schedule of the vehicles. (record keeping of vehicle service)

Manage vehicle pickups and returns, ensuring timely and hassle-free transactions.

Resolve any customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.

Process and manage payments and invoices.

Maintain accurate records of rental activities and keep them up to date.

Keep track of all rental agreement schedules and stay in contact with active customers regarding returns, extension, and any other inquiries.

Help customers with any issues, problems, or concerns they might encounter on day-to-day basis.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.

English language (fluent)/ Arabic language (preferred)

Minimum 1 year experience in car rental industry.

Basic computer skills. (Excel, TARS etc.)

Valid UAE driver's license and a clean driving record.
