The ideal candidate should have an experience in car rental industry, should be able to work independently and promote at all times the brand image, The Sales Rental Agent is responsible for assisting customers in renting vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth rental process. and possess the following additional competencies:
Good oral and written communications in English.
Greet customers and assist them with vehicle selection.
Provide information about rental rates, terms, and conditions.
Process rental agreements and payments efficiently.
Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure they are clean and ready for rental.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Promote additional services, such as insurance and upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and vehicle availability.
Flexible in work timings and location
Experience handling face to face customer
Computer Literacy (MS Word / Excel / Outlook)
Set targets and better conversion ratio
Plan and strategize to generate leads
Good oral and written communications in English
