Car Rental Agent in Abu Dhabi
to join our team and help us deliver seamless rental experiences to our clients.
Greet and assist customers, providing information on available vehicles and rental terms.
Handle reservations, walk-in customers, and corporate bookings efficiently.
Promote rental services, upsell insurance, and other value-added products.
Verify customer documents (ID, driving license, credit card, etc.) in compliance with UAE regulations.
Prepare rental agreements and ensure accuracy of contract details.
Inspect vehicles with customers before and after rental, recording condition reports.
Coordinate with operations team for vehicle availability, delivery, and returns.
Process payments, deposits, and refunds securely and accurately.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide high-quality service.
Maintain sales records, daily reports, and achieve monthly sales/revenue targets
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in the
car rental industry in the UAE
(mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of UAE driving regulations and rental procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and rental management systems is an advantage.
Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure.
Fluent in English (Arabic and additional languages are a plus).
Valid UAE driving license preferred, but not mandatory.
