Job Summary:
Safe Trans Rent A Car LLC is seeking a results-driven and experienced
Marketing Manager
with a solid background in the
car rental industry in Dubai
. The ideal candidate must have a
minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
, a strong understanding of
RTA and local regulatory requirements
, and be
fluent in both Arabic and English
. This role will be pivotal in crafting and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive growth, and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Safe Trans Rent A Car LLC's services and expand its customer base.
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital (SEO, PPC, email, social media) and traditional media.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with
Dubai's RTA regulations and industry standards
.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Manage and enhance the company's digital footprint, including website, online booking platforms, and social channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, advertising agencies, and business partners.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management with insights and recommendations.
Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the car rental industry in Dubai.
Comprehensive knowledge of
RTA regulations and UAE transportation compliance requirements.
Fluent in Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, performance analytics, and CRM platforms.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Well-established network in the UAE's automotive, tourism, or corporate sectors.
Experience with B2B and B2C marketing models.
Creative, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
