. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing rental bookings, coordinating vehicle deliveries/returns, and ensuring excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with rental requirements in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage reservations, contracts, and rental agreements accurately in the system.
Provide customers with detailed information on rental policies, vehicle options, and pricing.
Inspect vehicles before and after rental, recording mileage, fuel, and condition reports.
Handle payments, deposits, and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Address customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with operations team for vehicle availability, maintenance, and delivery.
Upsell rental packages, insurance, and additional services to maximize revenue.
Maintain knowledge of company fleet, promotions, and market trends.
Requirements
Prior experience as a
Car Rental Agent / Customer Service Executive
in the UAE preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and rental software (knowledge of CRM is a plus).
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Ability to work in shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.
