Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively engages with existing customers/clients approaching their contract renewal date, providing exceptional service and assistance throughout the renewal process.
Thoroughly reviews customer/client contracts and agreements to understand the terms and conditions of renewal, ensuring all relevant information is up to date.
Identifies opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products, services, or features to existing customers/clients, increasing revenue, and enhancing their experience.
Acts as a point-of-contact for customers with questions or concerns related to their renewal.
Provide exceptional support and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Generates reports and analytics related to renewal rates, revenues, and customer feedback.
Collects and provides regular updates to management on the status of renewals and customer/client feedback.
Provides technical support related to Microsoft and Adobe for any Licensing related issues.
Actively collaborates with the Procurement, Finance & Accounts and Invoicing Departments for pricing, cheque collections and invoice submission.
Attends meetings and events for the relevant products.
Stays current with relevant development, advancement and best practices to understand competitive landscape.

Job Holder Minimum Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related field
Min. 1.5 years of related job experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the IT industry and IT services Driving license, a plus
English proficient; Arabic bilingual, a plus
MS Office Suite - advanced level
