Job Overview





We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to manage the renewal of Adobe Services, Software, and Licenses in UAE. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with Adobe partners, driving a healthy sales pipeline, and supporting partners with training, tools, and resources to successfully manage their renewal opportunities. The position requires preparing quotes and offers, providing regular sales updates to management, and ensuring accurate records of business activities. Ideal candidates will have a background in sales, customer support, or operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a Team environment.


Duties & Responsibilities




Owning the renewal of Adobe within UAE. Frequently contacting Adobe partners with the aim to create a healthy sales pipeline. Enabling and training existing and new partners on Cisco Services, Software and Licenses and supporting them in monitoring and closing their own Adobe Renewal opportunities. Training and supporting partners on learning, accessing and utilizing Adobe tools required for monitoring Recurring Opportunities. Preparing offers and pricing quotes for the Renewal Services and Licenses for our Adobe partners. Sharing regular sales updates with the country Services and Sales managers. Attending remote or physical recurring calls and meetings to discuss various sales and business updates. Keeping records of the Renewals business and Partner interactions by using both internal and external tools.

Skills & Qualification




College or University graduate in areas like Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Public Relations & Communications or other similar degree is desired. Ability to work in a sales role. Previous experience in sales, customer support or operations roles will be considered an advantage. Any Adobe certifications or knowledge of relevant tools will be considered as an advantage. Fluent in English (Written/ Verbal), knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Great communication skills. Understand the importance and meaning of excellent customer service and support. Able to work both on own and as part of a Team. Friendly and professional at all times to coworkers and partners. Self-motivated, assertive and able to work independently.
