Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in the patient's home. Trabajo+1 Work closely with nurses, caregivers, physiotherapists, etc., to implement care plans. Prime Health+2GrabJobs+2 Oversee or guide nursing staff in certain medical procedures or monitoring. GrabJobs+1 Educate patients and/or caregivers about disease management, preventive measures, lifestyle/diet modifications.
