At Flybiz, we help businesses fly higher by delivering exceptional customer engagement and technology solutions. We're expanding our team and looking for a Renewals Executive who's passionate about customer success, retention, and building long-term partnerships.
Own and manage the contract renewal process for existing clients
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Forecast renewals pipeline and identify potential churn risks
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance teams
Drive upsell and cross-sell conversations where appropriate
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and generate renewal reports
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
Strong commercial acumen and client-focused mindset
Proficiency with CRM tool
Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategy
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team spirit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
