Communicate with clients regarding renewal requirements, documents, and government deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, PROs) to complete renewals efficiently.
Advise clients on renewal options, costs, and additional compliance requirements (e.g., VAT, UBO, AML filings).
Ensure client satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service.
Maintain accurate records of renewals, payments, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly renewal revenue targets as part of the sales team.
Identify opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling
additional services during the renewal process.
