We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Renewals Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client license renewals, maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional partners, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting internal teams to streamline the renewal process.
This role requires exceptional communication, organization, and CRM management skills -- with a proactive attitude to deliver excellent client experiences and drive business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:Client & Partner Communication
Notify
direct clients and professional partners
of upcoming
license renewals
and ensure timely follow-ups.
Educate direct clients (DC) and professional partners on
license renewal and migration procedures
.
Manage
renewal inquiries
received via phone calls, emails, and other channels.
Conduct
face-to-face meetings
with clients when required to discuss renewal or migration options.
Respond promptly and professionally to
client emails and queries
regarding the status of applications.
CRM & Documentation Management
Create deals, monitor progress, and
update the ZOHO CRM system
regularly, ensuring all required documents are received and uploaded on time.
Manage and assign
ZOHO email tickets
to the relevant team members within the Renewals Department.
Prepare and issue
renewal quotations
to clients or professional partners and provide any other necessary information.
Verify the accuracy of all
renewal documentation
, including business activities, shareholder details, and company names, before forwarding to the concerned team.
Coordinate with the
License Specialist (Issuance Team)
for the preparation of new incorporation or renewal documents.
Notify
Professional Partners
immediately of any inconsistencies or missing documentation.
Process Coordination & Problem Solving
Act swiftly to provide
appropriate solutions
ensuring smooth application and renewal processes.
Liaise with the
DSOA (Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority)
or other relevant authorities when required to facilitate renewals.
Collaborate closely with the
Finance, Operations, and Compliance
teams to ensure all renewals are completed accurately and efficiently.
Reporting & Targets
Track and report on renewal performance and maintain an updated pipeline of pending renewals.
Support the team in achieving
monthly and quarterly renewal targets
and identify opportunities for
upselling or cross-selling
additional services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in a renewal, customer service, or sales support role -- preferably within the
UAE business setup or consulting industry
.
Sound understanding of
UAE business license procedures
(Mainland & Free Zone).
Proficiency in
ZOHO CRM
,
MS Office
, and
Google Workspace
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
