Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage and streamline the renewal of trade licenses and residency visas for our mainland clients in the UAE . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mainland licensing and visa renewal processes and a strong track record of client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding license and visa renewals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Provide expert guidance on documentation, procedures, and deadlines.

Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

License and Visa Renewals:

Manage end-to-end renewal processes for trade licenses and residency visas.

Ensure timely submission of complete and accurate documentation.

Track and monitor expiration dates and follow up proactively.

Liaise with government authorities such as DED, GDRFA, and MOHRE.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Use a tracking system to monitor renewal statuses and upcoming deadlines.

Report regularly on ongoing cases, highlighting any delays or issues.

Communication and Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external stakeholders.

Keep clients informed with timely updates and support.

Attend client consultations to understand and fulfill specific needs.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate reports detailing the status of renewals and completed tasks.

Analyze client feedback to improve services.

Share insights and suggest process improvements to management.
