is responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for existing customer contracts or subscriptions. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction, retaining revenue, and ensuring a seamless renewal experience. The Renewal Specialist works closely with the sales, technical and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and track upcoming contract/subscription renewals.
Reach out to customers to discuss renewal terms, answer queries, and reinforce the value of continued service.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, proposals, and agreements.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and discounts within company policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, technical, finance) to ensure smooth contract processing and customer onboarding/offboarding.
Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM and contract management systems.
Forecast renewal revenue and provide regular status updates to management.
Handle customer objections and escalations with a customer-focused approach.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of all renewal opportunities.
Qualifications:
Females with spouse, freelance or any dependent visa are highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
0-1 year of experience in sales support, account management, or customer success.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Excel.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude.
