ISS International S.p.A. is looking for a Reliability Specialist in Abu Dhabi related to Oil & Gas Industry. Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Engineering graduate
At lease 10 years of experience in Reliability/RCM/RAM analysis, mainly in the Oil & Gas and Power Industries.
Possess a solid understanding of RCM principles and the ability to translate them into actionable steps for the team.
Well versed in RAM modelling and reporting
Main responsibilities:
Performing Reliability analysis and familiar with Failure data analysis
Lead RCM analysis sessions: This involves guiding a team of professionals (often lacking in-depth knowledge of the specific equipment being reviewed) through the standardized RCM methodology.
Ensure proper application of RCM: Facilitators ask the prescribed RCM questions, ensuring everyone understands them and guiding the team towards reaching consensus-based answers.
Maintain documentation accuracy: Meticulously complete all paperwork associated with the RCM review process.
Oversee efficient analysis: Keep the review meetings focused and progressing at a steady pace to ensure the analysis is completed within the allotted timeframe.
