Position: Recruitment specialist - Oil & Gas

Job Responsibilities

Identify suitable and qualified applicants either through direct recruitment or Agencies.
Coordinate with departments and projects on manpower forecasts and ensure availability of candidates on the required mobilization dates.
Obtain from projects Manpower Loading Charts and Manpower Mobilization Schedules and ensure line up of sufficient candidates to achieve the requirements.
Conduct preliminary screening interviews including reference and background checks
Coordinate second and third level interviews with department and projects.
Discuss package details with candidates and issue offer letters
When required, oversee pre-employment medicals for new recruits.
Coordinate with the Mobilization team to ensure candidates are mobilized on the required date.
Update and upload candidate details and documents to HRMS system.
Coordinate with Management on ICV requirements and the hiring of local UAE Candidates.

Working days & hours: 6 days in week / 8 am to 6 pm
Salary AED 8000-9000 (all in) + standard benefits as per UAE law
