Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to strengthen our client partnership and development network. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication between our teams and stakeholders, ensuring that client needs are met while driving project success.
Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of high-end residential and commercial properties Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and new luxury developments across the UAE Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with project objectives Coordinate viewings, negotiate deals, and handle all related documentation Build and maintain strong client and developer relationships
Requirements
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the development sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of luxury developments and communities Fluent in English; additional language skills will be a plus Self-driven, professional, and results-focused Strong understanding of project management principles Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Valid UAE driving license
