Core Duties

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support their investment goals
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the competitive Dubai real estate market
• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms aligned with company policies
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide tailored property solutions to clients
• Advise clients on off-plan property investments while ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws
• Keep up to date with property trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide accurate guidance
• Maintain client records, prepare sales reports, and monitor individual performance metrics
• Represent Azizi Developments at property exhibitions, events, and client meetings

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of off-plan real estate sales experience in the UAE market (mandatory)
• Previous experience in property sales, real estate management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulatory requirements
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related discipline preferred
